- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Design Manufacture
- Min GPA 3,00 out of 4,00 or freshgraduate with min GPA 3,50 out of 4,00 (cumlaude)
- Entittled as the best graduate from any university, or having national or international achievements is a big advantage.
- Having experience min 2 years in the PPIC or freshgraduate who interest with production planning & inventory control
- Required skills : Ms Office (Proficient)
- Maximum 27 years old
- Familiar with cycletime rules (daily, weekly, & monthly)
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya

- Making production plans (material, labor, and cycletime)
- Carry out inspections on product quality as an effective production control
- Planning and controlling materials to maximize company resources
- Determine production specifications
